I am a licenced NYS home inspector with over 18 years of experience in home construction. I am familiar with many of the houses built in Brooklyn as well as all the systems and components including the electrical and plumbing. I perform thermal imaging(infrared) home and commercial inspections in Brooklyn and the surrounding boroughs. This technology allows me to detect hidden water leaks, and moisture behind walls, floors and ceilings. Infrared scaning allows the detection of energy loss around doors and windows.

 Each year I take continuing education classes ( over 40 hours ) to stay in step with changes made in the building industry.
